1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing our website and purchasing our kits or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. THE DIY DISCLAIMER (KITS) Our Revel Kits are designed for "The Intentional Host." Because these kits are curated to provide an authentic, handcrafted experience:

• Natural Variations: You acknowledge that materials like wood, dried florals, or linens may have slight variations in color or texture.

• Safety: Reed & Revel LLC is not liable for any injury or property damage (including fire) resulting from the use of kit components (e.g., candles, small parts). Users are responsible for safe execution.

3. EVENT PLANNING & TRAVEL CONSULTING

• Agency Status: For travel, we act as a consultant, not a direct provider. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• The "Blueprint": Our planning services provide the design and logistics; the client or third-party vendors are responsible for the actual execution of the event.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All "Blueprints," theme names, and custom digital content are the property of Reed & Revel LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use these for your specific event.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albany County, NY.
