  • The Vendor Shortlist: A curated list of 3-5 local vendors (catering, floral, rentals) that specifically fit your vibe and budget.

  • The Aesthetic Deck: A 5-page visual guide to colors, textures, and lighting.

• The Revel Edge: One "SOS Call" (30 mins) one week before the event to troubleshoot final details.

 

The Vibe: For the host who wants to enjoy their party without holding a clipboard.

• The Service: We take the lead 60 days out. We handle vendor communications, contract reviews, and the physical setup.

• What’s Included:

  • Vendor Management: We become the point of contact for all hired pros.

  • On-Site Coordination: 8 hours of on-site management on the day of the event.

  • Styling & Setup: We execute the tablescape and decor (including your Revel Kit setup) to professional standards.

• The Revel Edge: Access to our "Pro-Host" rental closet (small high-end decor pieces not included in kits).

• The Service: Total end-to-end production. From the first invitation sent to the last guest departing.

  • Unlimited Design & Sourcing: We source custom linens, bespoke furniture, and specialty talent (live musicians, mixologists).

  • Guest Management: RSVP tracking, transportation logistics, and welcome gift curation.

  • Post-Event Strike: We handle the entire cleanup and return of all rental items.
