Shipping Policy

1. PROCESSING TIMES Because each Revel Kit is hand-assembled for quality:

  • Standard Themes: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your kit ships.

  • Bespoke (Tier 3) Kits: Processing times vary but typically require 14 business days for custom sourcing.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We primarily ship via UPS Ground and FedEx to ensure your items are handled with care.

  • Local Delivery: We offer hand-delivery within a 20-mile radius of 12183 for a flat fee of $25.

3. P.O. BOXES & INTERNATIONAL

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our Revel Kits.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

4. TRACKING & DELAYS Once your kit ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Reed & Revel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
