1. REVEL KITS (PRODUCT)

Final Sale: Due to the curated and often seasonal nature of our kits, all Revel Kit sales are Final Sale.

Damages: We take great care in packing, but if your kit arrives damaged, you must notify us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement component or issue a partial credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnables: We cannot accept returns on opened items or kits purchased for events that have already passed.
2. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS (PLANNING & TRAVEL)

The "Cooling Off" Period: Per New York State law, service contracts may be canceled for a full refund within 3 days of signing.

Deposits: After the 3-day window, all service deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover the initial "Blueprint" design labor.

Itinerary Fees: Travel consulting and itinerary fees are non-refundable once the first draft of the itinerary has been delivered.
